The short version, up front
PharmaLeap only works as a shared resource if the material stays inside it. Here's what that means in practice.
1. The question bank and notes are for your own studying
Everything in PharmaLeap — practice questions, rationale, competency notes, exam simulations — is licensed to you personally, for your own exam preparation. Copying, screenshotting, photographing, downloading, or otherwise reproducing this material for distribution outside the portal (posting it to a study group, forum, social media, or file-sharing site; sending it to someone who isn't a paying account holder) isn't permitted, whether or not money changes hands.
2. Your account is yours alone
Don't share your login with anyone else, including friends or classmates also studying for the exam — each person needs their own reviewed, approved account. Account sharing is treated the same as content redistribution under this Honor Code.
One device at a time. Your account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a second device signs the first one out, and the first device is told why. Nothing you were working on is lost — quiz progress and exam simulations are saved on the server — but you will need to sign in again there. Two devices in use at once is treated as a sign that the account is being shared.
Sign-ins that could not have happened. Each sign-in and sign-out is recorded with the approximate location it came from. A sign-in from somewhere the account could not physically have reached since it was last used — signed out in Toronto at noon, signed in from Lagos an hour later — is refused, and sign-in is paused until a reviewer clears it. You and the program are both emailed when that happens. If it was you (travel, or a VPN), email support and we will clear it; if it was not you, tell us and change your password once access is restored. A refused sign-in on its own is not a violation; what it does is make account sharing visible, and account sharing is.
3. How we back this up technically
Practice questions display as rendered images rather than selectable text specifically so they can't be casually copy-pasted elsewhere, and everything you see carries an invisible marker tied to your account. If material from this bank turns up posted somewhere it shouldn't be, we can trace it back to the account it came from. Sign-ins and sign-outs are recorded with their approximate location, which is what lets one account in two places at once be noticed (section 2). If the rendered-image text is a barrier for you — a screen reader, a magnifier, a reading disability — tell us and we will switch your account to plain text; in that mode every stem and option carries the same invisible account marker the explanations already do, and the rest of this Honor Code applies unchanged. None of that is about distrust of any individual student — it's what makes it possible to keep offering a large, current, well-maintained bank at all.
4. What happens if this is violated
If an account is found to have violated this Honor Code — sharing login credentials, or reproducing or redistributing material from the portal — that account will be suspended. Suspension ends access immediately and is not a warning step.
No money is refunded. That includes the unused remainder of a prepaid term: someone suspended in the second week of a 6-month plan is not refunded the remaining months. Any amount still outstanding at the time of suspension remains payable, and the subscription is cancelled so it does not continue to bill.
Legal action may also be pursued, including for copyright infringement and for recovery of damages and of the costs of enforcement. Suspension of the account does not settle the matter or limit what else may follow from it.
5. Subscriptions renew on their own
Every plan — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months — is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each term, and the card on file is charged again for the same term, until it is cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal in your Account tab; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the term you have already paid for running to its end. Prices are shown in the Account tab before you check out.
6. The usual disclaimers
PharmaLeap is an independent study aid. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. The practice questions are original content modeled on PEBC's published competency blueprint, not reproductions of real exam material. Nothing here guarantees a particular exam outcome. Provided as-is — we work to keep content accurate and the service available, but don't promise uninterrupted access.
